Edge of sword, silver and bright.

Of layered steel it cut through the night.

The lady who carried such a sharp little blade,

Forever and all known as Leela, a maid.

Stood she before the evils of earth,

Cutting and carving is very hard work.

She held back the C'ore, the 'weela, and Hark

Meeting them all and leaving her mark.

For Leela, a maid, has many a friend.

Who stand beside her and fight to the end.

Leela, a maid, such a quick witted lass

Waits yet for her sixteenth Spring to pass.
